What to include
To help us reply quickly, include:
- Your name and preferred contact email.
- If your enquiry is about an existing order, the order reference (starts with ORD-) and the butcher shop's name.
- A short description of what you need help with — the clearer the better.
- Any screenshots that show the issue (for account or website problems).
Common enquiries
Customers — order or payment help
If you have a question about an order you placed, email us with the order reference. For urgent collection issues (arriving at the shop, order not ready), it's faster to phone the shop directly — their phone number is shown on the shop's page and in your order confirmation email.
Butcher shops — joining the platform
Interested in listing your shop on ClickMeats? Email us with:
- Your shop name and address.
- Number of products / SKUs you sell.
- Whether you already sell online (own site, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) or you're starting fresh.
- A phone number we can call you back on.
We'll set up a short call to walk through the platform and help you onboard. There's no setup fee and you keep control of your products, prices, and opening hours.
Press & media
For media enquiries, interviews, or partnerships, email us with a short brief and your deadline.

Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the platform (payment flow, data exposure, injection, etc.), please email admin@clickmeats.co.uk with the subject line starting SECURITY:. Include reproduction steps and any relevant screenshots. We'll acknowledge within one working day and keep you informed as we investigate.
